What is the difference between the big and small sipper?
small sippers < 11oz
big sippers 11oz+
Can I return my order?
All sales are final - returns and refunds are not offered
But but but .... if your order arrives damaged, please send photos within 24 hours of delivery, and I will happily send a replacement or issue a refund. (Replacements will typically take 3-4 weeks since each piece is handmade and one of a kind)
Do you offer pick-up for Woodstock?
Yes! Just make sure to select the "Free Local Pickup" option and I will send you pick-up details after an order has been placed.
Are your pieces dishwasher safe?
All pieces are dishwasher safe, but handwashing is recommended to support the longevity. But tbh, I dishwash all of mine!
